What Is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is a practice of holy listening. Rather than offering advice or quick answers, it creates space to notice God's presence, deepen awareness, and explore life's questions with openness, prayer, and curiosity.

Rooted in the Christian tradition, spiritual direction invites us to listen together for the movement of the Holy Spirit and where God may be leading.
Meet Megan
I believe every person carries a sacred story worth listening to. As a Certified Spiritual Director, my calling is to create a welcoming space where you can slow down, notice God's presence, and discover how the Spirit may be inviting you forward.

I am a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, a member of Spiritual Directors International, and currently offer individual and group spiritual direction through St. Peter's in the Loop in Chicago.

My ministry is rooted in the Catholic and Franciscan tradition, shaped by biblical scholarship, and grounded in deep listening, contemplative prayer, and compassionate presence. I won't tell you what decisions to make. Instead, I'll walk alongside you as together we listen for God's movement already unfolding within your life.

Begin with an introductory session to get to know one another and see whether spiritual direction feels like a good fit.
Meet monthly through individual spiritual direction or in a small group, either online or in person.
Each session includes prayerful conversation, reflection, and Holy Listening around your life and relationship with God.

One-on-one accompaniment designed around your unique spiritual journey, offering space for prayer, discernment, and deep listening.
Group Spiritual Direction

Journey alongside others in a small, confidential community where shared reflection and compassionate listening help deepen your awareness of God's presence.
Suggested Contribution
Spiritual direction is offered as a ministry of accompaniment. Your suggested contribution supports the time we spend together and my ongoing formation as a spiritual director.
Individual Spiritual Direction
60-Minute Session
Suggested Contribution: $75
Optional sliding range: $75 – $150 per session
Sessions typically occur once a month.
